Life Enriching Communities , an integrated family of lifestyle communities and senior living services based in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an Executive Director for a possible Cleveland (Westlake) location.
Are you a proven leader, with deep knowledge of core programs, operations and business plans related to senior living communities? We are an integrated family of lifestyle communities and senior living services and are searching for an Executive Director for our Cleveland (Westlake) senior living campus. The Executive Director is responsible for leading and managing all levels of the continuum of care (Independent Living, Assisted Living-including Memory Support and Skilled Nursing) in accordance with the Federal, State, and local regulations, and at the highest level of care for which we are known. In addition, this position will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the campus execution of our mission.
This position will be actively involved in the development of relationships with community agencies and organizations to the benefit of the community. This includes working with the Executive Director of the Foundation to expand local fundraising activities which support existing and future program operations, as well as continuously seeking appropriate new partnerships.
Required Education and Experience
• Proven experience seeking and building Board involvement with strategic direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration required. Bachelor's in healthcare related field a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
