Job DetailsRole Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data for employees across diverse U.S. cities.
- Thoroughly review and facilitate timely disbursement of final-day compensation for departing employees.
- Collaborate with the finance department to set up employees on ADP based on received communications.
- Work with finance to configure new ADP setups for expanding cities.
- Meet monthly deadlines for U.S. workers' compensation reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, fostering transparency.
- Troubleshoot payroll and tax-related issues in collaboration with the finance team.
- Coordinate with HR for employee ADP registration and assist with information updates.
- Design competitive compensation packages for recruitment positions in alignment with talent acquisition goals.
- Conduct research on industry compensation trends, shaping the company's compensation strategy.
- Biannually gather and manage market compensation data, refining employee compensation structures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Accounting and Payroll.
- Preferably, experience in the logistics, supply chain, or warehousing industry.
- Demonstrated independent judgment and initiative with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of federal and state-level regulatory and legal requirements.
- Preferred experience working with an ADP system.
- Outstanding PC skills for report formatting, presentations, and spreadsheet management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Mandarin speaking is considered an asset.
