Flexible Work Schedules! We are seeking a seasoned Tax Associate with a passion for delivering exceptional tax services to our clients. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of tax professionals in our Finance Department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and a comprehensive understanding of tax regulations and compliance. Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. Assist in the development of tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals. Conduct thorough tax research and provide advisory services to clients. Ensure tax compliance by understanding, researching, and applying federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Manage fiduciary trust accounts and provide estate tax planning services. Collaborate with the tax team to optimize tax accounting procedures. Handle tax audits and negotiate with tax authorities on behalf of clients. Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law. Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining relationships with clients. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 10 years of progressive experience in tax preparation. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for corporations. Experience with estate and wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex tax issues. An understanding of fiduciary trust accounts and estate tax planning is a plus.
