As our Product Engineer, you will manage our core product lines. This is for our customers in the heating and ventilation industry. You will manage customer changes and drawings. You will work with the plans and specifications and develop specification sheets that are not on the drawings such as operating temperatures, etc. You will also build up databases of information for our customers. Figuring out how to adjust and adapt our product to fit our customer's needs. A lot of drawing management, specification management, finding out what our competitors and doing, and making sure we align with them. - AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Product or Project Management
- Product Line Management
- Provide technical industrial sales support to the sales team and OEM customers
- Support and expertise in assigned Core products & act as a technical bridge between the factory and customers
- Function as Product Manager in the assigned core product line – clearly understand competitor products, pricing, performance, and NPI process.
- Provide in-house technical support/product training.
- Project Management – provide solutions for standard and custom products RFQ, and include sales pipeline management.
- Prepare and coach sales team on production application information & new product initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4+ years of professional experience in electric motor products for HVAC, Air Moving, Refrigeration, Fluids, or Electric Motors space
- Experiences with ERP systems such as SAP preferred
- Product Management related experiences
- Electric motors for HVAC, Fluids, or similar products.
