Job Details Currently hiring for a Building Automation System (BAS) Controls Technician to install, program, and service, digital control systems while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Commission controls installation and verifies that control sequences meet specifications.
- Complete commissioning reports as proof of controls verification.
- Document installations for “as-built” control drawings.
- Organize and demonstrate required BAS project sequences to meet commissioning agents’ requirements.
- Represent the company by serving as direct customer contact.
- Coordinate electrical and other sub-contractors to ensure proper project completion.
- Implement controls sequences, programs, and graphics for new installations.
- Implement databases, programs, and graphics for new construction and retrofit projects.
- Confirm implementation meets project specifications
MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years of BAS/BMS or DDC Controls experience
- Maintenance/Repair/troubleshooting BAS systems
- Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Distech, Niagara Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC
