Join our dynamic team as a skilled professional specializing in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. The successful candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar, and the role involves working closely with existing clients. As a key team member, you will:

• Offer expert legal counsel in diverse areas such as estate planning, business formation, and special needs planning.
• Craft meticulous legal documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and documentation for business formation and estate planning.
• Collaborate with clients to devise and implement comprehensive plans safeguarding and preserving their assets.
• Tax LLM, proficiency in handling income tax issues,
• Discovery Management: Manage and oversee the discovery process, including document collection, review, and production. Maintain accurate and organized case files.
• Motion Practice: Appear at motion calendar hearings and advocate on behalf of our clients. Draft and argue motions as required.
• Client Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, legal counsel, and dedicated support.
• Multi-Project Management: Handle multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research to counsel clients and colleagues well.
• Autonomous Work: Work independently and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative, while also collaborating seamlessly with team members.
• Attention to Detail: Display meticulous attention to detail in legal analysis, documentation, and case strategy.

You Bring!

• Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
• 3 to 4 years of litigation experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality.
