 We are in search of a Plumbing Designer to join our Washington, DC office. This is an excellent opportunity in MEP consulting engineering. Our office environment offers a supportive, team-based approach and wealth of opportunities to stretch professionally. 
 Developing MEP construction documentation under the supervision of assigned engineering, design, and BIM staff utilizing primarily AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP 
 Creating construction models in AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP as part of a BIM team 
 Creating detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings 
 CAD and Revit drafting 
 Providing technical support for existing projects and field service 
 4 year Bachelors Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering or a 2 year technical or associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Construction Technology, Mechanical Technology, or similar EIT certification, or interest in obtaining 
 Demonstrate knowledge or interest on MEP systems and their installation, with an emphasis on mechanical and plumbing installations preferred 
 Developing knowledge of mechanical system design 
 Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP 
 Possess an understanding of drawing and modeling organization, detail, and precision 
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel

 This role requires travel across the entire state of Alabama, approximately 85% of the time. All travel expenses are covered, and there is likewise a base salary plus multiple incentives. 

 Conduct in-home assessments including an evaluation of past medical history, review of systems, medication reconciliation, vital signs, and comprehensive physical exam 
 Perform evidence-based practice screenings including point of care testing (as appropriate)
 Identify diagnoses to be used in care management and active medical management in the furtherance of treatment 
 Formulate a list of current and past medical conditions using clinical knowledge and judgment and the findings of your assessment 
 Communicate findings in your assessment that will be used to inform member’s PCP of potential gaps in care 
 Identify urgent and emergent situations and intervene appropriately

 Licensure must be unencumbered, free of any open/unresolved disciplinary actions including probation or restrictions against privilege to practice 
 Active ANCC or AANP national certification in Family, Geriatrics, Adult, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care certification, or the ability to obtain national certification and/or NP license in state of assignment by start date 
 Ability to complete physical requirements of the job including lifting a 30-pound bag in and out of the car, navigating stairs and a variety of dwelling conditions, and sit, stand and kneel to perform physical assessment 
 Access to reliable transportation to travel up to 85% within licensed states (with notice, based on business needs) to complete home visit assessments 

 Experience in Gerontology, Cardiology, Internal medicine, or Endocrinology 
~ Home Health care or home visit experience 
~ If an employee leaves Home and Community, the student loan repayments will cease.  The employee must remain in an Advanced Practice Clinician or Physician role within Home and Community for 36 months to receive the full benefit of the student loan repayments.
