Job Details We are looking for a Director of Business Development and Marketing to join our Team! We're an Image Sensor company specializing in quantum photodetector CMOS-based image sensor and camera technology. Our company provides solutions for computer and machine vision applications in the Automotive, Industrial, and Biomedical/Biometric markets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop a solid understanding of our Company’s technology to identify the right partnership opportunities.
- Create and implement Business Development strategies for expanding customer-base in the US and
Globally.
- Develop and maintain key customers and partner relationships.
- Work with different departments internally and external third parties to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the brand identity and ensure consistent messages across different media channels.
- Manage and lead a Marketing Team by providing guidance and support.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert on company’s technology, industry trends, and market competition to
successfully approach and communicate the specific value proposition of our Company’s technology for
customers use-case and application.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, assess KPIs and other data related to prospect
interactions.
Education/Qualifications:
- At least 8-10+ years’ experience in Sales/Business Development role in a technology-based industry
- preferred, Semiconductor and/or Image Sensor related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully retaining and growing large business accounts.
- Excellent strategic business planning, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Comfortable interacting with highly technical development teams, hands-on experience with product
- management is a plus.
- Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
