POSITION SUMMARY:The ER Paramedic will collect and convey information to both their team members and the attending Physician regarding the health status of patients. The Hospital Paramedic will perform all duties identified in their job description and validated by competency assessment under the License of the Physician Medical Director. Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for three offices with support from two Associate Team Leaders 
* Partner with the District General Manager (DGM) to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets, which includes developing local partnerships and managing office community involvement 
* Assist the DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions 
* Conduct timely performance reviews and partner with Associate Relations Center to resolve associate issues and address performance concerns 
* Build an engaging team environment, across all offices, by training and coaching associates while holding them accountable to execute on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and recognizing outstanding associate contributions 
* Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates 
* Create associate work schedules across all offices and ensure accurate timekeeping, as well as labor management, for staff in all offices

Performs post-processing on CT/MRI data sets. Maintains quality control measures of the 3D Lab, CT/MRI department insuring good documentation and follow-through on issues.

Demonstrates knowledge in all areas of CT, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, 3D post-processing, positioning, procedure preparation and technical factors associated with the CT, MRI and post processing systems.

Communicates well with others, is able to prioritize tasks, and acts as a mentor to staff as needed while providing quality in-services and instructions.

Ensures proper working condition of all CT/MRI post-processing equipment. Maintains inventory and equipment service records.

Responsible for the proper use of the RIS (scheduling exams, patient tracking, film tracking, proper completion of exams and to assist the department manager in-patient charging accuracy.
