- Maintain the general ledger for companies largest product line, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the distribution segment, including the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations between various entities within the company.
- Work closely with the GL team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the consolidation process and ensure accurate financial reporting across all segments.
- Prepare and review accruals and prepayments, ensuring proper recognition and adherence to company policies.
- Utilize ERP systems such as Oracle, OneStream, and Hyperion (similar to OneStream) for reporting, and consolidation purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation is highly preferred.
- Highly prioritizing candidate with at least 2 years of public accounting experience
- Exposure to ERP systems, such as Oracle, OneStream, or Hyperion is highly preferred
