Join us on a thrilling journey in the technology industry as we seek a dynamic and highly motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Manager. This position provides a unique opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing team, where you will play a vital role in managing our Accounts Payable function. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department.
2. Setting up new vendors and maintaining existing vendor relationships.
3. Processing invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
5. Coding invoices, setting up new accounts, reconciling accounts, and closing the monthly books.
6. Reconciling AP transactions with monthly bank statements.
7. Managing the company's cost centers and ensuring proper allocation of expenses.
8. Conducting 1099 reporting and other regulatory compliance.
9. Implementing and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
10. Providing strategic planning and recommendations to senior management on cash management.
11. Preparing and presenting financial reports and metrics to senior management.
12. Assisting with internal and external audits as needed.
13. Leading, training, and developing the Accounts Payable team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the role of Accounts Payable Manager should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable Management.
3. Proficiency in setting up vendors, processing invoices, managing cost centers, 1099 reporting, and cash management.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software.
6. Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial associates.
9. Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
