 We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of workers' compensation cases, providing expert legal counsel to our clients, and ensuring their rights are protected. This role requires a deep understanding of California workers' compensation laws, personal injury laws, and employment laws.

 Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery, and briefs. 
 Advise and counsel clients on their legal rights and obligations. 
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of California workers' compensation laws, employment laws, and personal injury laws. 
 Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to develop strategies for case management. 
 Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and court staff. 
 Comply with all legal standards and regulations. 

 Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 
 Proven experience in litigation, specifically in workers' compensation cases and personal injury cases. 
 Excellent knowledge of California Workers' Compensation laws, employment laws, and personal injury laws. 
 Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and litigation skills. 
 Proficiency in legal research software and MS Office Suite.
