We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Provide accounting for approximately 100 small to medium size companies including cash management, accounts receivable and accounts payable
Perform payroll and sales tax preparation
Implement a business approach to accounting services to help business owners receive information that enables them to better operate their company
Provides QuickBooks training, implementation and consulting for various entities with significant experience in construction & real estate, non-profit, light manufacturing, restaurants, charter schools and law firms
Utilizes various “Accounting On-Line” and “Paperless Accounting” techniques to enable our clients to access their financial information and perform accounting functions over the internet

This immediate positions will be an onsite position on this growing team.

The position description are listed below:
Must have an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Experience preferable in public accounting or real estate management company
Ability to anticipate and address client concerns and escalating issues as they arise
Ability to self-direct and manage multiple deadlines
Experience with all aspects of financial statement preparation
Working knowledge QuickBooks, MAS 90 and Microsoft Office products
