Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year A bit about us: Global robotics company based out of India. Our products incorporate the latest technologies and vastly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the intralogistics operations. We operate across four verticals in the Intra-logistic operations sector-
1) Robotics
2) AS/RS
3) Picking

- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing installation and commissioning of large automation projects in a senior role.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in (Fixed and Flexible) Automated Material Handling Systems, Warehouse Automation, Supply Chain & Logistics, 3PL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Willingness to travel 40%-70%
- Lead a project management team including project managers, site managers, system integration manager, commissioning leads, project procurement, etc.
- Overall ownership of project responsibilities including Scope, Schedule, and Costs.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Create an environment which highly motivates the team to work together.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Attend Steering Committee meetings, Kick-off meeting, and review meeting with internal stakeholders, client and ensure closure of points recorded in meetings.
- Effectively communicate progress against schedule, risks, profitability to the project stakeholders including Sr. Management.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Work closely with international HQ management team.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, clients.
- Assure comprehensive project documentation and arrange internal weekly reviews with VP projects.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time.
