We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the workforce of our organization, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the best talent.
Health, Dental, Vision Insurance
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage all aspects of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and HR Generalist roles.
