The  Production Operator is responsible for running manufacturing equipment on the factory floor for the purpose of printing and mailing statements. They are responsible for all safety, output and quality goals related to the manufacture of these statements 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operating manufacturing equipment on the factory floor to print and mail documents
• Performs set-up and operation of the machine to support production in a client-controlled environment
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Meets and follows prescribed safety regulations
• Stays current on safety rules, and adherence to established operating specifications when performing production operations
• Meets or exceeds output and quality goals as defined by management

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Ability to work 1st shift (6:00am – 2:00pm), 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday) or 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Monday - Saturday)

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work effectively on a team
• Ability to stay current on and strictly adhere to current operating specifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management
