* Performs tax computations for all tax returns examined by the Large Business and International Division, which include the largest and most complex business tax returns filed with the Internal Revenue Service. Secures and analyzes current transcripts in accordance with local policy and properly incorporates the results into the work assignment. * Demonstrates innovative approaches in resolving differences of application of the tax laws.
* Provides technical advice, guidance, or training to internal stake holders (revenue agents, managers, IRS counsel, Appeals, etc.) Develops expertise on the use of approved tax computation software and other workarounds.
