~Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent engineering experience (MBA is a plus).
~Over 3 years of experience in engineering and/or technical marketing.
~Profound understanding of B2B marketing principles, encompassing demand generation, account-based marketing, and content marketing.
~Blend of creative and technical thinking, analytical skills, communicating critical success factors and deliver tangible results.
~Willingness to engage in up to 30% domestic and international travel as needed.
