Our imaging teams are a committed, caring group of professionals. We are currently seeking a Florida-licensed Radiology Technologist on a full-time/part-time/PRN/per diem/as-needed basis. Your tasks and responsibilities as a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Tech) include but are not limited to:

<ul><li>Possess sound and thorough knowledge of all diagnostic radiographic procedures and related equipment including surgical, portable, trauma, general and fluoroscopic radiographic procedures</li><li>Obtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images utilizing appropriate lead markers as well as date and time stickers where indicated</li><li>Assure only optimal images are submitted for interpretation</li><li>Select proper and accurate technical factors and techniques to accommodate patient and assist in</li><li>administration of contrast media when indicated</li><li>Prepare, transfer and position patients as needed ensuring modesty, safely utilizing auxiliary equipment</li><li>Document all pertinent clinical information prior to exam, obtain informed consent, and complete all required fields within MEDITECH accurately and on time</li></ul>
