We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Medical Device Sales Representative. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your direct sales, outside sales, b2b sales, and medical devices sales skills in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a 'hunter' and 'grinder' with strong territory management skills, ready to take on a challenging role in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales growth and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory by establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers.
2. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our medical device portfolio and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products to healthcare professionals.
3. Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and customer training sessions.
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs of your territory.
5. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within your assigned territory.
6. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development departments regarding customer needs, operational issues, business opportunities, and market trends.
7. Collaborate with sales management to prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position our medical devices in the market.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales, outside sales, b2b sales, or medical devices sales.
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
3. Exceptional 'hunter' and 'grinder' skills with a strong focus on territory management.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
6. Ability to understand and convey complex product information.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about sales.
9. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
