Litigation Associate - Hybrid Schedule - No Billable Requirement

Established mid-sized firm seeking litigation associate for growing San Francisco office! Opportunity to work closely with a managing partner in a dynamic multi-jurisdictional practice This Jobot Job is hosted by: Ken Clarke We have an exciting opportunity for a civil litigation attorney in San Francisco with a mid-sized firm renowned for its courtroom success and growing book of national and international clients. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience who is looking for a dynamic work environment to develop a strong litigation and courtroom skillset. The incoming attorney will actively participate all stages of litigation and receive support from three senior partners who are eager to provide mentorship and regular feedback. The firm represents business entities and business owners in a diverse range of complex multiparty and class-action lawsuits for commercial, transactional business, construction, employment, health care, products liability, professional liability, public entity defense and insurance law matters. Interested applicants should have previous law and motion experience and be comfortable taking and defending depositions, conducting legal research and drafting a variety of legal documents. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and bonus structure, no billable requirement, firm paid healthcare benefits, 401k, PTO and potential to develop into partner-track.
