~Collaborate with management and colleagues to enhance IT solutions through analytical and technical assistance.
Take charge of computer deployment, including unboxing, imaging, software installation, and troubleshooting.
Support mobile devices, tablets, and office systems through various communication channels.
Monitor and prioritize help tickets, ensuring swift resolution.
Utilize your Microsoft Windows 10+ and SCCM expertise to provide top-notch technical support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Windows troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
Experience with ManageEngine, Jira, or ServiceNow is a plus.
Ethical handling of private data, including financial information.
