- International Tax Experience
- 3 + years exposed to the following; Tax Compliance: Prepare annual state, federal, and international income tax returns [Forms 5471].
- Managing tax compliance for domestic and global business units
- Preparing income tax returns, quarterly estimates and extensions
- Performing tax provision duties and financial statement analysis
- Analyzing general ledger accounts and supporting budgeting/forecasting
- Leading continuous improvement of procedures and systems
- Partnering with cross-functional teams on transformation initiatives
- 3+ years of corporate tax experience
- Proficiency in tax research, planning and financial reporting
