Mechanical Estimator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Estimator, Level II, to join our dynamic construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from conceptual to completion, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates and proposals, coordinating with the design team, and working closely with suppliers and subcontractors. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, AutoCAD, project planning, and estimating interiors and exteriors in the construction industry, specifically framing and drywall. Familiarity with Bluebeam, Quickbid, and OST software is preferred. As a Permanent Estimator, Level II, your primary responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed and accurate estimates and proposals for conceptual projects. Completing assigned project estimates in line with established deadlines and priorities. Soliciting and qualifying proposals from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best quality and cost-effective solutions. Proven experience in preparing estimates and proposals for conceptual projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, AutoCAD, project planning, and estimating interiors and exteriors in the construction industry (framing and drywall).
