Great culture, innovative team, and growth opportunity ~Highly competitive comp package with a base salary + cash bonus + token package. ~Past or current experience as a software engineer with a solid technical foundation for developer based software product. ~Recognized as a knowledgeable and influential voice in the crypto community, ideally with an existing following and engagement on crypto-centric platforms (Discord, Twitter, X, etc.). ~Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative growth strategies ~Understanding of the crypto space, including emerging trends, market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and how all the ecosystem partners work together Lead the strategy for a pioneering crypto infrastructure product, leveraging your software engineering, developer relations, and product management experience. ~Act as a prominent voice in the crypto community, leading discussions, and shaping opinions. ~Be our primary spokesperson, articulating our vision and progress at various platforms including media appearances, key conferences, and industry events. ~Engage actively with the crypto community across multiple platforms, using their insights to shape product development and strategy. ~Scout and establish meaningful partnerships and collaborations that bolster developer involvement and enrich our product offerings and brand presence. ~Implement and track key performance indicators to evaluate the success of our developer relations and community engagement efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.
