Are you passionate about the construction industry and possess a knack for project management and estimation? If so, we have an exhilarating opportunity for you! We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager & Estimator to join our team. With your expertise in contracts, scheduling, construction management, budgeting, and project management, you will play a pivotal role in driving our projects to success.

Responsibilities:

As our Permanent Project Manager & Estimator, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing comprehensive project estimates and budgets, utilizing your knowledge and experience in construction estimating.
2. Overseeing all aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Managing contracts, including negotiating terms, ensuring compliance, and handling any disputes or issues that arise.
4. Developing and managing project schedules, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
5. Implementing and overseeing sound construction management practices, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in all operations.
6. Regularly reviewing and updating project budgets, keeping a keen eye on costs and identifying opportunities for savings.
7. Coordinating and overseeing insulation, fireproofing, and fire stopping processes, ensuring they meet all industry standards and regulations.
8. Regularly communicating with clients, contractors, and team members, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management and estimation within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in construction estimating, contract management, scheduling, construction management, budgeting, and project management.
3. Specific experience with insulation, fireproofing, and fire stopping (preferred but not required)
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and implementing effective solutions.
6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
7. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Proficiency with project management software and tools.
9. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
