Take the lead in discussions on technical design and architecture within the JVM context, providing guidance to junior engineers, with a focus on Java and Spring technologies. Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Accumulate 5+ years of professional experience in software development, demonstrating a consistent delivery of high-quality code and solutions using the JVM, Java, and Spring technologies. Possess expertise in Java programming language within the JVM ecosystem. Have hands-on experience with the Spring framework for building robust software solutions. Demonstrate a robust understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices within the JVM context. Showcase excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail in the Java and Spring environment. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, including Scrum or Kanban, within the JVM framework. Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional team environments, specifically within the JVM, Java, and Spring technology stack. Capable of mentoring and coaching junior engineers, leading technical discussions and decisions within the JVM ecosystem.
