Job Details

Our firm is seeking a Tax Senior to join our dynamic and fast-paced Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating the accurate preparation and filing of our company's tax forms. The role involves continuous learning and application of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize tax savings.

1. Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, businesses, benefit funds, real estate, and exempt organizations.
2. Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.
3. Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
4. Identify and mitigate tax risks.
5. Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance.
6. Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA, Master’s in Taxation, JD, and/or LLM in Taxation preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a public accounting firm focusing on tax.
3. Strong experience with tax preparation, tax accounting, tax advisory, and income tax.
4. Proficiency in tax compliance and advisory services for partnerships, corporations, and S-Corps.
5. Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
