The position is with boutique firm that specializes in Texas MUD law, working exclusively working with developers, local governments and state agencies to provide legal counsel for public infrastructure finance and development projects. The incoming attorney will have significant responsibilities helping identify solutions for MUD districts and other special districts in large and small scale development projects. We are seeking candidates with a background in MUD law, but attorneys with a real estate background representing property owner/homeowners associations will also be considered. This is not a heavy litigation role and requires strong interpersonal skills for an array of client facing responsibilities.
