Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial planning and analysis. You will be involved in strategic decision-making processes, providing financial insights and analysis to drive business decisions. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, assess financial performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
3. Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop financial models and provide insightful analysis.
4. Participate in the strategic decision-making process, providing financial insights and recommendations.
5. Develop and maintain financial reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial guidance.
7. Evaluate business opportunities and investments by conducting detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
8. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a SaaS environment.
2. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting.
3. Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis.
4. Excellent understanding of financial trends and their implications on business strategy.
5. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive financial understanding across the organization.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced in Excel.
9. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
