The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing school and educational projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of the company. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, particularly school and educational projects, from initial planning to completion.
2. Coordinate and supervise the work of all team members, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
3. Utilize Procore, Construction Management software, and Bluebeam to manage project plans, costs, and resources.
4. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
5. Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
6. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
8. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on school and educational projects.
2. Extensive experience with Procore, Construction Management software, and Bluebeam.
3. Strong understanding of the construction process, including scheduling, project management, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
8. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project management software.
