Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - MDS Coordinator that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining RN licensure in this respective state.
The Registered Nurse (RN) - MDS Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the development and completion of the resident assessment process in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company procedures. This position is a direct hire / 'perm' opportunity.Minimum Requirements include:
1 years of recent experience working as a MDS Coordinator.
Ability to identify Medicare days available, days used and days left.
Current Registered Nurse / RN License within the state of practice.
Current BLS
