- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various civil law issues
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, offering clear legal advice and updates on case progress
- Collaborate with our legal team to develop litigation strategies
- Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting civil litigation
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Must be actively barred in California (CA) with good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
