Job Details

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital Content, the role is central to the Digital Advertising development process and partners closely with our Merchandising, Creative, Copy, and Digital Media teams to develop, execute, and report on Digital Advertising initiatives. Their primary responsibility is to translate business needs into strategic campaign briefs and project manage Digital Advertising initiatives by owning communication across teams, leading cross-functional decisions regarding creative approaches and messaging and managing timelines to ensure timely and accurate campaign executions that accomplish business goals.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES
Manage the end-to-end Digital Advertising initiative process including:
Project managing the end-to-end campaign process across Creative, Copy, and Digital Media teams to ensure timely briefing, creative/copy development, creative review/approval, and delivery of campaign assets.
Owning and managing the current Digital Advertising campaign development processes to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate execution of Digital Advertising initiatives, while identifying areas of improvement and proposing and ultimately implementing solutions to optimize the process.
Leverage insights from Merchandising and Research teams to translate business needs into data-driven campaign briefs focused on driving business outcomes.
Identifying the most effective and efficient Digital Advertising assets and formats to accomplish brief objectives.
Briefing and collaborating with Creative and Copy teams to develop creative assets aligned to brief goals.
Leading the creative review process, collecting and sharing feedback, and securing approvals prior to launch.
Communicating campaign development status to cross-functional teams to keep them informed of progress and troubleshoot any potential delays.
Partnering with Digital Media team to develop creative level reports and form insights and recommendations to improve creative performance.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or relevant field
Experience
6+ years relevant experience in digital content production. Client-side experience preferred but not required.
Role knowledge
Required
Proven project management skills and experience with project management software such as Microsoft Planner, Monday, Workfront or similar
Experience managing and influencing internal cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Analytics, among others) towards achieving joint outcomes
Experience briefing and providing feedback to internal and external creative teams/partners
Complete fluency of Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Planner. Preference for familiarity with SharePoint and OneDrive.
Preferred
Familiarity with display and paid social ad formats and creative best practices
Experience developing, managing, and reporting on creative testing programs
Ability to translate business needs into creative briefs for digital campaigns
Familiarity with paid social and display Digital Advertising platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, Google, YouTube and Yahoo
Development of digital campaign messaging strategies
Proficient in digital marketing analytics/reporting and web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred)
