The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and more. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including everything from onboarding new hires to crafting policies that will shape our company culture. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in the HR field. At least 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably in the medical industry. Experience with onboarding, training, and out-processing. Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
