We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Independent Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and profitability of our business. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for our custom packaging products. Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities in custom packaging. Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Generate and submit sales reports to management. Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue and manage the sales cycle with the support of our talented back office team. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to senior management. Work as an independent contractor, setting your own schedules and strategies while adhering to company policies and procedures. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field within custom packaging products or packaging machinery. Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth. Demonstrable experience as an independent contractor. Knowledge and experience in custom packaging solutions. Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
