We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Business Manager to join our fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's financial planning, managing all fiscal operations, and assisting in the annual inventory and reconciliation process. This role requires a strong understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as a deep knowledge of Netsuite. This is a unique opportunity to apply your advanced financial skills and business acumen to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong market presence.
2. Prepare and present financial reports, identifying trends and evaluating performance against budget.
3. Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
4. Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required).
5. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and strategic planning.
6. Manage the annual inventory and reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
7. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
8. Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
9. Implement and manage Netsuite and other financial systems, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
10. Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws for financial and tax reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Netsuite.
3. Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
4. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
5. Proficient user of finance software.
6. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Able to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
8. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
9. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
10. Sound understanding of data privacy standards.
