A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a plaintiff attorney, with a focus on Civil Litigation, Associate Attorney roles, Consumer Law, and Lemon Law. 4. Proven experience as a Lemon Law Attorney and handling Product Liability cases. 5. Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong oral and written communication skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9.
