You oversee and coordinate COMPANY's technology, data-driven insights and strategic thinking for the US Army engagement. You are a leader who can connect marketing data, engagement, and analytics for the client, as well as support a complex, multidisciplinary agency model. In this model, you will work to define and deliver on a Marketing Sciences vision, to holistically analyze marketing campaigns across channels and platforms. You will also orchestrate and integrate Insights in conjunction with Omnicom's client engagement, creative and strategy leads across the business.
You will create modeling data-sets with vendor overlays, develop predictive models and place models in production for marketing efforts. Additionally, you will handle most communication with clients and vendors, as well as develop proposals for existing clients and new prospects.
You are a team player and will collaborate across the leadership team at COMPANY to deliver on an integrated road map to achieve the vision. You will also provide strategic direction on COMPANY deliverables across all disciplines of the team to ensure client objectives are being met.
You have over 15 years of analytics experience, ideally in a complex multi disciplinary agency model with a degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics). Strong knowledge of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data is your bread and butter and you have extensive knowledge of direct marketing principles and best in class methodologies.
