With a recently secured $US48 million Series B round spearheaded by Goldman Sachs, Cisco and Forge Point Capital, we are now on a hypergrowth mission to expand a world class executive team that will help us continue on our upwards trajectory towards $100 million in ARR.
Reporting in to the CEO, the SVP will be responsible for all aspects of the design and execution of our sales go-to-market strategy that will see our Land/Expand ARR targets met through our direct and channel business globally, whilst building a strong global operating rhythm of planning, execution and performance.
This role will have approximately 5 direct reports (4 Regional Directors, Head of Partner Strategy, Global Inside Sales Manager) and eventually more than 25 indirect reports (Sales Executives, Sales Engineers and ISRs & Partner Managers) based in Portland (US), Boston (US), London (UK), Sydney (AU). You will work closely with our VP Customer Success & Operations, Chief Marketing Officer and their teams.
This role will consistently deliver a balance of data-driven and experience-driven insights and bring these to the executive leadership. The right candidate possesses domain expertise of Enterprise Cyber Security / SaaS business models, particularly connection points between sales, marketing and product.
This role will be critical to the inner workings of our rapidly growing sales organization, and the strategies, processes and systems that support its growth. The ability to present data-driven narratives and influence leadership is very important in this role.
