- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory.
- Act as a hunter, identifying potential new clients, and turning prospects into long-term partners.
- Conduct B2B sales, cold calling, and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell medical devices using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networking.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers.

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical devices sales.

- Strong knowledge of medical devices and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build productive professional business relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and proficiency in MS Office.
