Our company is seeking a driven and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Permanent Medical Device Sales professional. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a leading healthcare solutions organization, where you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and increasing market share. The position requires a strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, who is not afraid to cold call and prospect to secure new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific territory, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our cutting-edge medical devices. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation and excellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Act as a hunter, identifying potential new clients, and turning prospects into long-term partners.
  • Conduct B2B sales, cold calling, and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
  • Present, promote, and sell medical devices using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the medical devices industry.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical devices sales.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative, territory sales manager, or a similar role in the sales industry.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, territory sales, cold calling, prospecting, and outside sales.
  • Strong knowledge of medical devices and the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build productive professional business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
