- Make high-level design choices and dictate technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure that the system design balances functional, service quality, and systems management requirements.
- Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains cutting-edge.
- Develop architectural and technical guidelines to ensure that systems are designed with a long-term vision.

- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
- Expertise in cloud-based architectures and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of database design, performance optimization, and system monitoring.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing a scalable, secure, and reliable architecture for a platform.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and deep knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
