Our team is looking to make a long-term addition by adding a Project Manager to our team who has prior project experience building well known Grocery Stores such as Sprouts, Kroger, Tom Thumb, Whole Foods, HEB, etc. If this is you, please read the description below and apply today! teams. Qualifications: 1. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
2. Excellent project management skills skills: including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
3. 5+ years of experience.
4. Exceptional leadership and team in project management, specifically within the construction industry management skills,.
5. Proficiency in construction software.
6. Bachelor's Degree in a Construction related field is preferred.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
8. Strong business acumen on time and in project planning within budget.
