Fortune 500 level benefits Remote available for candidates local to California, Oregon, or Washington We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team on a permanent basis. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial leadership to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and business operations, with a proven track record of success in leading financial teams and driving financial performance. Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability, including capital allocation, tax efficiency, and risk management. Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team, advising on key business decisions and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements, including GAAP, SEC, and IRS regulations. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role. Experience in multi-site retail operations. Experience in capital allocation, tax efficiency, and risk management. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or fundraising preferred.
