This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.

We offer 4-12 depending on the candidate . 2-3 weeks of on-the-job training and at home formal (1 week). The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess the training and organizational development needs within a function (e.g. claims)
• Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials
• Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
• Report training metrics and generate training related reports

Required Qualifications: 

• High school diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
• California, Oregon, or Nevada state tech license
• PTCB certification
  
• Ability to travel 80%
• Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Must reside in Mountain or Pacific time zones
  
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Soft Skills:

• Adult classroom training experience
• Experience with virtual presentations

California, Colorado, Nevada, or Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for California, Colorado, Nevada, or Washington residents is $18.80 - $36.78 per hour.
