We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. This position offers you the opportunity to be an integral part of a leading company in the engineering industry, working on projects related to defense, optics, aerospace, and national security space. You will be working with state-of-the-art CNC machines. You will be working with various materials, including steel, with a focus on low tolerance machining. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Set up, operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Perform first-article and in-process inspection to ensure parts meet the required specifications. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations. Work with materials such as steel and adhere to low tolerance machining standards. Contribute to the advancement of projects related to defense, optics, aerospace, and national security space. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist. Proficiency in CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance. Extensive experience with Mastercam software for CNC programming. Experience in working with steel and other materials. Background in defense, optics, aerospace, or national security space industries is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
