We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our fast-paced technology company. This is a permanent position that offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals. The Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to our company's financial goals. This role will involve working with NetSuite, handling month-end close procedures, adhering to GAAP, balance sheet reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

As an Accounting Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Manage accounting staff and ensure the monthly close process is performed accurately and on time.
2. Preparing accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.
3. Analyzing financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO's attention.
4. Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.
5. Reconciling balance sheet accounts.
6. Dealing with a diverse portfolio of clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.
7. Led the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all tasks.
8. Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting process controls.
9. Assisting in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes.
10. Utilizing NetSuite to automate and improve financial processes.
11. Conducting monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly desirable.
3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the technology industry.
4. Proficiency with accounting software and experience with a software system upgrade a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of GAAP.
6. Proven Management/Leadership experience
7. Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
8. Proven ability to drive and implement process improvements.
