Our company is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, strategic planning, and procurement. As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a wide array of responsibilities, including: Managing and overseeing all stages of the construction project from planning to execution. Developing and managing project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring all agreements align with project specifications and budget. Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists. Implementing effective communication channels to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress. Utilizing strong decision-making skills to resolve project issues and challenges. Ensuring all safety and compliance measures are met throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrating excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. To be considered for the Permanent Project Manager position, you must possess the following qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Proven experience in construction management, budgeting, negotiation, scheduling, and strategic planning. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
