Finance Accounting Coordinator

We are a manufacturer seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Permanent Corporate Controller. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, with a particular emphasis on financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and cost analysis. Health, Dental, Vision Insurance 401K Retirement Plan As a Permanent Corporate Controller, your duties will include but are not limited to: Overseeing all financial operations of the company, including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements, and reporting on financial performance. Developing and implementing effective financial strategies, controls, and processes to support the company's strategic objectives. Conducting regular financial analysis, including variance analysis, risk analysis, and cost analysis to identify trends, potential areas of improvement, and areas of concern. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial reporting and controls. Providing leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborating with senior management to make informed financial decisions. To be considered for the Permanent Corporate Controller position, you must meet the following criteria: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or relevant certification (such as CMA, CPA) is highly desirable. Proven experience with financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and cost analysis. High level of proficiency in financial software and databases. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to financial management and reporting.
