Master’s or Ph.D. preferred in a field relevant to Water Scarcity, including but not limited to: environmental engineering, chemical engineering, system engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, water resources management, environmental science or conservation, or other relevant field Ten years of experience in desalination, including reviewing and evaluating existing and emerging technologies, and conducting testing and field inspections (both on and off-site).
